NHS data has been used to prove links between poor air quality and childhood asthma, with the findings already making a difference in parts of the country.
Researchers identified that reducing exposure to pollution is something that can have a positive impact on improving health. As a result ‘Clean Air Zones’ have been introduced in West Yorkshire.
